Stinger Home Management is owned and operated by Bryan Stinger.
Bryan Stinger is a native of Philadelphia, PA, and originally moved to Beaufort, SC in 2002 after becoming a United States Marine.
Over the course of his 21 year Marine Corps career, Bryan and his family were fortunate enough to serve 15 of those years in Beaufort and retired from the Air Station in 2023.
Bryan has 11 years of experience managing his own personal property and flipping homes. He established Stinger Home Management in 2021 after earning his license as a South Carolina Property Manager In Charge and looks forward to the opportunity to serve you!
Amy Schwartz was born and raised in Woodbury, NJ. She is a graduate of Salisbury University where she met her now husband and followed him back to his hometown on Long Island, NY. After 17 years there as the Office Manager for one of the world's largest distributors of jewelry components, she made the move south in 2021 and is now happy to call Beaufort "Home".
In 2021, Amy joined her brother-in-law, Bryan Stinger, as the Office Manager for Stinger Home Management.

Calie Howie is a native of a small farm town in rural Illinois. Calie's journey brought her to the charming town of Beaufort, South Carolina, where she has resided for the past three years. As the spouse of an active duty United States Marine, she embraced the opportunities and challenges that come with the military lifestyle.
In 2022, Calie joined Stinger Home Management, assuming the roles of Social Media Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Leasing Assistant. In her role as the Social Media Manager, she keeps the community connected and informed. As the Maintenance Manager, she ensures that homes under Stinger's care are impeccably maintained. Whether you're exploring leasing options, need assistance, or require maintenance support, Calie is your go-to resource. Dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences, Calie is committed to ensuring your time with Stinger Home Management is seamless and enjoyable.
