Stinger Home Management is owned and operated by Bryan Stinger.

Bryan Stinger is a native of Philadelphia, PA, and originally moved to Beaufort, SC in 2002 after becoming a United States Marine.

Over the course of his 21 year Marine Corps career, Bryan and his family were fortunate enough to serve 15 of those years in Beaufort and retired from the Air Station in 2023.

Bryan has 13 years of experience managing his own personal property and flipping homes. He established Stinger Home Management in 2021 after earning his license as a South Carolina Property Manager In Charge and looks forward to the opportunity to serve you!

Calie Howie is a native of a small farm town in rural Illinois. Her journey brought her to the charming town of Beaufort, South Carolina, where she lived for four years before relocating out of state. Despite the move, Calie continues to proudly support the Stinger Home Management team virtually.

As the spouse of an active duty United States Marine, Calie has embraced the unique opportunities and challenges that come with the military lifestyle. She joined Stinger Home Management in 2022, previously serving as Social Media Manager, Maintenance Manager and Leasing Assistant.

Calie now serves as the Executive Assistant to Bryan Stinger and is also the Onboarding Manager for all new homes under Stinger’s care. Dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences, she works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that each new property is seamlessly integrated into the Stinger portfolio and that daily operations run smoothly.

Calie is passionate about making your experience with Stinger Home Management effortless and enjoyable, and she looks forward to continuing to serve our homeowners and residents with the highest level of care.

Edgar Ventura serves as the primary ambassador for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing journey with a blend of efficiency and warmth. By collaborating closely with property management, he ensures the transition from first inquiry to a signed lease is seamless and stress-free.

With over a decade of experience managing five-star hotels, Edgar translates luxury hospitality standards into the leasing sector. His background has instilled a "guest-first" mentality, characterized by sharp attention to detail and an innate ability to anticipate client needs. Having lived in over 10 countries across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, Edgar leverages a global perspective to connect with diverse residents, offering a sophisticated, personalized experience in both virtual and in-person environments.

Kori relocated to Beaufort in 2015 from Ohio, where she was born and raised. Drawn by the coastal lifestyle and warmer climate, she has made Beaufort her permanent home.

She previously owned and operated a local cleaning business and has extensive experience in property management, including work with senior residents and economically disadvantaged communities.

Kori brings a strong understanding of property operations and conducts thorough, detail-oriented inspections to ensure each property meets the high standards for which Stinger Home Management is known. Her commitment to quality helps the company consistently meet and exceed the expectations of both homeowners and tenants.

Tayler Fuller was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. Tayler is a proud mother of two beautiful children. Her husband's role as a Corpsman in the United States Navy brought their family to the picturesque town of Beaufort, South Carolina, in 2017.

Tayler joined Stinger Home Management in 2024 as the Team's Social Media Manager. With a keen eye for trends and a passion for engaging content, Tayler expertly manages our social media platforms, ensuring that our brand's voice is always consistent and impactful. Committed to delivering exceptional service, Tayler leverages innovative strategies to connect with our audience and showcase what makes Stinger Home Management stand out in Beaufort's property management landscape.

Originally from Northeast Iowa, Nichole earned her degree in Accounting and Finance from Upper Iowa University while competing on the collegiate golf team. After relocating to South Carolina in 2013, she launched a successful bookkeeping firm that now supports over 40 clients nationwide across a wide range of industries.

Nichole brings this high-level precision and financial expertise to the Stinger Home Management team. Specializing in real estate investment and property accounting, her personable approach and meticulous attention to detail help streamline complex financial workflows for our owners. She is dedicated to ensuring clear, accurate reporting that allows our clients to make confident decisions about their investments.

Outside of the office, Nichole enjoys boating, golf, art, and spending time outdoors with her friends and family.
