Stinger Home Management is owned and operated by Bryan Stinger.

Bryan Stinger is a native of Philadelphia, PA, and originally moved to Beaufort, SC in 2002 after becoming a United States Marine.

Over the course of his 21 year Marine Corps career, Bryan and his family were fortunate enough to serve 15 of those years in Beaufort and retired from the Air Station in 2023.

Bryan has 11 years of experience managing his own personal property and flipping homes. He established Stinger Home Management in 2021 after earning his license as a South Carolina Property Manager In Charge and looks forward to the opportunity to serve you!

Calie Howie is a native of a small farm town in rural Illinois. Her journey brought her to Beaufort, South Carolina, where she lived for four years before relocating out of state. She continues to proudly support Stinger Home Management virtually.

As the spouse of an active-duty United States Marine, Calie brings adaptability, organization, and leadership shaped by the military lifestyle. She joined Stinger Home Management in 2022 and has held multiple roles across the company, giving her a well-rounded understanding of operations and team support.

Now serving as Director of Operations, Calie oversees day-to-day processes, supports company growth, and ensures systems run efficiently across the portfolio. She is dedicated to creating a seamless experience for homeowners, residents, and the Stinger team alike.

Amy Schwartz was born and raised in Woodbury, NJ. She is a graduate of Salisbury University, where she met her now-husband and followed him back to his hometown on Long Island, NY. After 17 years there as the Office Manager for one of the world's largest distributors of jewelry components, she made the move south in 2021 and is now happy to call Beaufort "home."

In 2021, Amy joined her brother-in-law, Bryan Stinger, at Stinger Home Management, initially serving as Office Manager. Amy is now excited to transition into her new role as a Property Manager, where she looks forward to helping our residents find the perfect place to call home and continuing to support our homeowners with the same dedication.

Edgar Ventura serves as the primary ambassador for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing journey with a blend of efficiency and warmth. By collaborating closely with property management, he ensures the transition from first inquiry to a signed lease is seamless and stress-free.

With over a decade of experience managing five-star hotels, Edgar translates luxury hospitality standards into the leasing sector. His background has instilled a "guest-first" mentality, characterized by sharp attention to detail and an innate ability to anticipate client needs. Having lived in over 10 countries across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, Edgar leverages a global perspective to connect with diverse residents, offering a sophisticated, personalized experience in both virtual and in-person environments.

Originally from Northern Alabama, Alexis studied Marketing at Troy University before relocating to Beaufort, where she now calls home. She joined the SHM team after moving to the area with her fiancé, who serves as an active Marine in the United States Marine Corps.

While new to property management, Alexis brings a strong foundation in hospitality and customer relations. Her experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments has helped herdevelop excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Her friendly and detail-oriented approach ensures every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

When she’s not assisting guests or managing properties, Alexis enjoys reading, discovering new shows, and playing cozy online games. She’s also a proud dog mom to her beloved rescue pup, Winston. Alexis is excited to help you find the perfect vacation home for every season and every reason!

With over 10 years of experience in property management, Carmen Olson brings a broad and versatile background across Multi-Family, HOA, Long-Term, and Short-Term Vacation Rentals. Born and raised in Colorado, she relocated to the Lowcountry in 2022 to be closer to family, shortly after her eldest daughter welcomed her first grandchild.

Property management is a true family legacy: her husband of 33 years has spent 26 years in the industry, and their youngest daughter is a Certified Property Manager in South Carolina. Carmen’s deep industry knowledge, hands-on leadership, and family-centered values make her a trusted and effective Maintenance Manager.

Carmen is excited to continue ensuring that Stinger’s properties receive the highest level of care, and looks forward to supporting our homeowners and residents with dedication and expertise.

Kori relocated to Beaufort in 2015 from Ohio, where she was born and raised. Drawn by the coastal lifestyle and warmer climate, she has made Beaufort her permanent home.

She previously owned and operated a local cleaning business and has extensive experience in property management, including work with senior residents and economically disadvantaged communities.

Kori brings a strong understanding of property operations and conducts thorough, detail-oriented inspections to ensure each property meets the high standards for which Stinger Home Management is known. Her commitment to quality helps the company consistently meet and exceed the expectations of both homeowners and tenants.

Tayler Fuller was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. Tayler is a proud mother of two beautiful children. Her husband's role as a Corpsman in the United States Navy brought their family to the picturesque town of Beaufort, South Carolina, in 2017.

Tayler joined Stinger Home Management in 2024 as the Team's Social Media Manager. With a keen eye for trends and a passion for engaging content, Tayler expertly manages our social media platforms, ensuring that our brand's voice is always consistent and impactful. Committed to delivering exceptional service, Tayler leverages innovative strategies to connect with our audience and showcase what makes Stinger Home Management stand out in Beaufort's property management landscape.
